About Me

I’m Brianna Guerra, a charcoal and pastel artist based in Saratoga, NY. I have had a love for drawing since I could pick up a pencil. This love further developed through my middle school and high school art classes. In my time in High School, I found a love for realism charcoal drawing. Seeing how other artists were able to look at an image and draw it so perfectly and effortlessly amazed me. It was then that I continued to practice and teach myself new techniques.

I began my artist journey in January of 2023. I have been a vendor and displayed my work at several art fairs and galleries in the capital district within the last few years. My work is centered around encouraging others with biblical truths and reflecting on God’s goodness. The inspiration behind each drawing comes from many different areas, whether that be through scripture, a sermon, or a song. My goal through these pieces is to encourage people and that those who buy my artwork will have a constant reminder of their hope-filled meaning whenever they look at it. In addition to my drawings, I have accompanying writings that provide insight into the stories and meanings behind each one, allowing people to read about the stories and their significance.

My Mission

At Drawings By Bri, I specialize in fine art that has been prayerfully created to offer truth, hope, and encouragement to all who look at them and read their stories. My mission is to encourage viewers to reflect on the deeper narratives that resonate within their lives, and that they will seek and know Jesus for themselves. He came to earth, fully God and fully man, and lived the perfect life that we could not. He died the death that we deserved on the cross as an atonement for our sins. He was resurrected on the third day, defeating sin and death. He then ascended to heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father, and left us the Holy Spirit to guide and empower. He will one day return for His bride, the Church, who have decided to follow Him. If you want to be saved, all you must do is repent of your sin, believe that Jesus died for your sins and was raised to life on the third day, invite Him to be the Lord of your life, and follow Him.
